Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for processing. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for all orders, with no additional shipping options available.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks from the date of shipping. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal service disruptions.

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Use the tracking number provided to track your package.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
